Solé (So-lay) means 'liquid sunlight' or 'liquid light energy' in Latin. When water and salt are joined together there is an amazing change that takes place. The geometric structure of the water and salt changes and a third dimension, Solé, is created entirely anew. The negative poles of the water molecules have surrounded the positive ions in the salt and the negative ions in the salt have been surrounded by the positive polarized particles of the water molecules.

An amazing thing about Himalayan Crystal Salt is that it will only dissolve to a concentrate of 26% in water. The crystal salts’ structure ‘remembers’ the information coding ratio, so the salt will not dissolve to any greater than 26%, making the perfect concentrate for us. As you use the Solé, you can add more water to allow undissolved salt to dissipate, or add more salt to the water to reach the 26% saturation if you need to.

Add one teaspoon of Solé to a glass of natural spring water every morning and take on an empty stomach. The frequency of the Solé can be maintained within your body for over 24 hours.

This Solé solution is perfectly saline, antiseptic and antibacterial, so use it to bathe wounds, eye wash, clean glasses, clean your teeth by dipping the toothbrush in, or add this to your food or drinking water. Use only minimal amounts! Do not drink the brine ‘straight’, as this is a concentrate solution! Experiment, and see what else you can discover, there are almost endless ideas.

Try using it in your home made face & body creams or splash some diluted solution direct on your face and body to hydrate the skin, mix with a natural clay/mud and make a face mask, or to assist with eczema, psoriasis, rashes etc. The salty water applied externally will help to draw out toxins as well. Apply the Solé direct to your hair to nourish and replenish the hair follicles and roots. Remember, hair is mainly made up of silica!
